Breakfast is sacred, but why not break the rules?
Forget the classic croissants and pains au chocolat. I propose a different kind of brunch, with an original selection: pancakes, sweet and savory cakes, a dozen varied and gourmet dishes, fresh fruit juices and fruit infusions, and homemade recipes designed to arouse curiosity and delight the taste buds.
Elegant displays, service included, and a discreet but attentive presence throughout the event, right up to clean-up: I make sure you only have one thing to do, enjoy the moment to the full.

The Buffet
The buffet is a miniature version of the signature dishes that are representative of my cuisine.
The offer is personalized and adapted to the tastes and needs of my clients. We will work closely together to develop a menu that suits your event or special occasion.
You will find a varied offer of tasty dishes, prepared with fresh, local and quality ingredients; and artistically presented to offer an aesthetic and tasteful culinary experience.
I might also offer vegetarian or vegan options to suit my customers’ dietary preferences.
I would ensure that each dish is carefully prepared and professionally presented to provide an unforgettable and successful dining experience.
